Urban Decay Tonic Eyeshadow Review and HD Swatches on Black Skin

Never go makeup shopping with a BFF who doesn't get your obsession. It will be puzzling for the sales staff and exasperating for yourself. The only solution is to coerce, cajole and bribe said BFF with products that didn't work for you but you know will work for them. Said BFF has created some beautiful looks using an ELF palette I donated :) I will attempt to get permission to share photographic evidence.

Onto the matter at hand. This post is about the luxurious and stunning duochrome eyeshadow that is Tonic by Urban Decay.
My frugal BFF could not deny the splendor of this eyeshadow once swatched on my hand.

This eyeshadow is incredibly beautiful. It's a pinky/blue shift and it applies so smoothly it's hard to believe it's not a cream. When the light hits it you see all its stunning duochromeyness. I've been coveting it for a while and finally bought it as Debenhams have a triple points promotion for Beauty Club card members. (I can't wait for my points statement. Vouchers aplenty I hope).

I used Tonic for the first time on Tuesday and it's lovely. I used it as an inner corner highlight and it turned out great. I've included photos below :)

The next thing I want to do is use Tonic as a lid colour and see how that turns out.
Urban Decay eyeshadows are widely available and retail for £14.
